In Theta Tau, you will find the opportunity to learn from other talented students in engineering and learn the necessary skills to be successful in any career. Furthermore, we are as much a social organization as we are a professional one, and outside the realm of professionalism we do our best to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood. So, along with the benefits of having such a strong professional network, you will have the chance to build lifelong bonds with the rest of the brothers as you work and grow together.

Rush is an open invitation for eligible students to learn about becoming a member of Theta Tau. Rush is usually held during the first few weeks of the fall and spring semesters. Theta Tau usually kicks off Rush Week with a BBQ and Root Beer Kegger, and continues with a variety of social and professional events. During this time, you meet the members of Theta Tau and see what our fraternity is about. You also learn about the upcoming pledge process so you can make an informed decision about joining. During the two rush weeks, you are encouraged to come to as many rush events as possible. You should introduce yourself to the members and ask any questions you may have about Theta Tau. At the end of the rush period, the members of Theta Tau choose who will receive a bid to continue on to the pledge process.
